As all Walkie Mountains products are handmade by myself to order, I have a processing time of up to 21 days to make your order. Delivery time, which is selected at checkout, is separate and additional to this. The only exception to this are orders containing exclusively Ready to Ship products. This includes products found on my Ready to Ship page, as well as products from other suppliers which I stock - including Treat Bags and Lick Mats. Orders that contain exclusively Ready to Ship products will be posted within 7 days. Processing times for all the products on my website can be found on each individual product page under the 'Delivery Information' tab.

For UK residents, all parcels are sent with Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class postage. You can, however, opt to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class, or Tracked Delivery. Please note that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Postage does not come with tracking. If you would like live tracking of your item, please select Tracked Postage at checkout.

For our international customers, all parcels are sent with International Tracked & Signed.

All of our products are handmade to order (with the exception of ready to ship items). As such, each order has a turnaround time to make and will not be sent immediately. Royal Mail Standard 1st and 2nd class postage does not come with tracking. Please select Tracked Postage at checkout if you wish to be able to track your parcel.

Royal Mail do not consider a parcel as being lost until it has been in transit for 10 working days. Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. If your order has been dispatched and has not arrived within these 10 days please contact us. For international cutomers, parcels should arrive within 3-7 working days (depending on your location). ALL international parcels will be sent with Tracked postage as of 20/8/21. For international orders, if your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 days from receiving your dispatch email, please contact us.

Yes we do! Please fill out the Trade form which can be found by going to the menu and selecting Trade. We will then email our Trade Pack to the email address provided.

Unfortunately due to updated GSPR legislation that was issued in December 2024, we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Ireland or Europe. We are working hard to reinstate this and will provide an update in due course. We are so sorry to our customers in these areas and hopefully your pups will be able to get Walkie Mountains happy mail from us again soon!
